We had a recent vehicle clam that got complicated due to parts availibity, which delayed the repair. "Had policies with State Farm for over 20+ yrs and never have I dealt with what I’m dealing with now. They changed my due date from the end of the month suddenly to today. Never approved by me, double charged me today as well. Contacted agent and they confirmed it was their error and basically said I would need to contact my bank there is nothing they can do. Seems like great business practices and a “Good Neighbor”."

I left Progressive because of their constant and unreasonable increases on Homeowners Insurance premiums, especially when I’ve never made a claim. "I have had insurance through Bruce Oyler's office for 30 years now! I love how there are real people I can talk to at any time and the employees seem to stick around a long time. I recently was rear ended and my car was totalled, so this was the first time I've really had to deal with anyone outside of this office, but they were all super helpful people as well and I feel like I was treated fairly. "If you enjoy being insulted, talked down to, and treated like an idiot, this is the agency for you. I was a customer at this office for many years. They dropped me as a customer due to pure sexism disguised as my daughter getting into too many accidents. I got a divorce and they choose my ex-husband over me as their customer. For example, my ex husband told them not to talk to me so when I called to ask if my son had roadside assistance they would not disclose this information to me. This was when I was STILL THEIR CUSTOMER . Bruce (when you can reach him) seems like a nice enough guy but the female women who work in his office (not licensed agents) are usually who you talk to and they are like means girls from high school on a power trip. So incredibly rude and condescending to me over the course of many phone calls. I literally had to listen to them sigh and say “Tiffany we have already explained this,” as if I were an idiot. No way I will EVER be a State Farm customer again."
